Estimated Pay Rate: 52-65/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience level, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. Required Skills and Experience- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in Marketing, similar Marketing function, Brand Planning & Operations, Project/Program Management, and Agency.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or on hands training.
- Inspires excellence through partnership and collaboration, managing and leading through change.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tracks and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong acumen for process optimization and understanding of tools, Airtable, budgets, and
- Ability to navigate a complex matrix and work with senior leadership on all aspects of the business.
- Ability to evaluate and measure risk and results to help inform/drive decisions and learnings.
- Proven track record of managing complex work streams and delivering on time and within budget
Insight Global is looking for a Sport Category Lead to support the Jordan North America Brand Planning & Operations (BPO) team. This role is a highly visible, senior operational leadership role responsible for stewarding seasonal excellence, cross functional orchestration, and end to end marketing operations across Jordan Sport. This role acts as a brand management quarterback, ensuring strategy translates into disciplined execution across a complex, matrixed organization.
Scope& Impact
- Lead Brand Planning & Operations for a mini portfolio of Jordan Sport categories, including football, baseball, and athletic training.
- Own seasonal orchestration across planning, execution, and delivery — ensuring work lands on time, on budget, and at the right moments.
- Serve as the central point of integration across Brand Management, Brand Marketing functions, and shared services.
- Operate as one of the most visible operational leadership roles within Jordan Sport.
- Lead and manage multiple seasons and in season executions, driving clarity at key milestones within the marketing process.
- Build and manage operating plans, integrated workback schedules, and Airtable platforms to track workflow, budget, and resourcing.
- Oversee process, tools, and budget management, ensuring operational rigor and best in class practices.
- Partner closely with Brand Management to translate strategic intent into executable plans that feel authentic to the Jordan Brand.
- Drive alignment across Brand Management and Brand Marketing;
Production, Sport Leads, Integrated Media, and Retail - Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities early — and proactively course correct.
- Reports into Jordan North America Brand Planning & Operations leadership.
- Partners daily with Jordan Sport Brand Management and cross functional marketing teams.
- Operates fluidly across the Nike and Jordan matrix, engaging senior leaders and key stakeholders on both sides of the brand.
