Apparel Product Line Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Apparel Product Line Manager to support the full product creation lifecycle within a fast-paced North America team. This role drives operational excellence, ensures on-time milestone delivery, and brings consumer-centric apparel stories to life. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates strong project management, and has hands-on experience with sample management and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all stages of the product creation process from brief to commercialization.
• Manage timelines, systems, and cross-functional workflows to ensure on-time delivery.
• Own sub-segments of the apparel line and maintain data accuracy across product systems.
• Prepare and manage samples and racks for key meetings.
• Partner with Design, Development, Merchandising, and Brand teams to drive alignment.
• Contribute to consumer insights and product storytelling.
• Ensure adherence to performance, profitability, and sustainability goals.

Requirements / Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of product management, merchandising, or retail experience.
• Prior experience within the same organization required.
• Strong project management and deadline management skills.
• High proficiency in navigating product systems and tools.
• Hands-on sample management experience and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of apparel construction and trend awareness.
