The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, quality control, and coordination of janitorial services across the Tek Beaverton campus, encompassing approximately 583,000 square feet of office, R&D, manufacturing, cleanroom, lab, café, warehouse, and common spaces. This role is hands‑on and operational, ensuring all cleaning services are delivered safely, and consistently, with particular attention to cleanroom, lab, and manufacturing environments.
The supervisor serves as the primary point of contact between Facilities and the janitorial team and plays a critical role during service transitions and steady‑state operations.
- Supervise, schedule, and direct daily activities of janitorial staff.
- Assign work routes and priorities by building and space type and provide hands‑on support as needed to ensure service continuity.
- Conduct onboarding, training, and cross‑training.
- Enforce attendance, performance, and safety standards.
- Perform daily and weekly inspections. Ensure cleaning frequencies and methods meet scope requirements, with heightened focus on clean rooms, labs, data centers, restrooms, cafés, and high‑traffic areas. Track deficiencies and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO cleanroom protocols, approved chemicals and tools, and contamination control practices. Escalate contamination risks immediately.
- Develop schedules, manage coverage, adjust staffing for events or audits, and control overtime.
- Manage supplies and consumables, maintain inventory levels, ensure SDS availability, and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Enforce safety policies, ensure proper PPE and chemical handling, conduct training, and support audits.
- Serve as primary janitorial contact for Facilities. Provide updates, manage service requests, and maintain records.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years janitorial experience with 1–2 years supervisory experience.
- Experience in regulated environments preferred.

Pay Range:
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 17.64‑32.74.
ITAR:
