While previous experience in recruiting is not required, we are looking for someone with extensive leadership experience. Your team will look to you for guidance, direction and planning support.

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members.
• Conduct client quality control visits and solve operational challenges.
• Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting
• Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions.
• Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls
• Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients

• Extensive experience in leadership role in a sales-driven environment
• A strategic mindset and ability to focus on the bigger picture
• Exemplary decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Strong level of communication and effective delegation skills

Target salary range for this role is $93,900 - $110,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities. The full salary range for the role is $93,900 - $122,000. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position.

This is an in-office role with some travel to local client sites.
