About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Retail Project Manager to support large-scale retail initiatives within a fast-growing, global consumer brand. This role will drive cross-functional projects from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery across multiple teams. You will partner closely with stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, retail operations, planning, and product.
What You’ll DoCross-Functional Project Leadership- Lead end-to-end execution of retail and marketplace initiatives
- Coordinate across merchandising, marketing, retail, planning, operations, and product teams
- Facilitate meetings, track decisions, and ensure follow-through on key actions
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and integrated workback schedules
- Define milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
- Proactively identify risks and adjust plans to maintain momentum
- Drive operational rigor across multiple concurrent projects
- Track progress, owners, and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery
- Escalate risks with clear mitigation strategies and solutions
- Deliver clear, executive-ready status updates and reporting
- Maintain alignment across cross-functional partners and leadership
- Ensure visibility into project health, timelines, and key dependencies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management within retail, consumer products, or apparel
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Strong experience building and managing project plans and workback schedules
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar)
- Experience supporting global or multi-market retail organizations
- Familiarity with retail calendars, seasonal launches, and store execution
- Background in apparel, footwear, or lifestyle brands
- Experience creating dashboards, reporting, or executive updates
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator who can influence without direct authority
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex problems
- Execution-driven with a focus on delivering results
- Collaborative and able to build relationships across diverse teams
