Five Below is seeking a qualified manager to assume General Manager duties in the absence of the GM. You will partner with the GM on store issues, recognize high performance, and monitor Tru Rating scores to improve customer engagement.
You’ll also identify shrink and drive action plans to protect assets. As a leader, you will supervise freight and store associates, lead payroll processes, and ensure zone sheets and daily checklists are completed accurately.
