Nike Direct Horizontal Program Management serves as the connective tissue across the Nike Direct ecosystem, enabling the successful delivery of the company's most complex and strategically important marketplace initiatives. As a Director, Program Management, you will lead a team of program managers and partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Consumer, and Marketplace teams.

You will operate as a trusted advisor, facilitator, and execution leader, helping teams align around priorities, navigate complexity, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
• 10+ years of program management experience with progressively increasing scope, complexity, and organizational impact.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional delivery programs involving multiple business and technology organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience influencing and partnering with senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Strong expertise in program governance, risk management, dependency management, planning, and organizational alignment.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive communications, recommendations, and decisions.
• Technical experience and familiarity with product and technology delivery practices preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
