Director, Program Management

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITHNike Direct Horizontal Program Management serves as the connective tissue across the Nike Direct ecosystem, enabling the successful delivery of the company's most complex and strategically important marketplace initiatives. As a Director, Program Management, you will lead a team of program managers and partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Consumer, and Marketplace teams.

You will operate as a trusted advisor, facilitator, and execution leader, helping teams align around priorities, navigate complexity, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
10+ years of program management experience with progressively increasing scope, complexity, and organizational impact.

Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional delivery programs involving multiple business and technology organizations.

Demonstrated success managing and developing high-performing teams.

Experience influencing and partnering with senior executives and cross-functional leaders.

Strong expertise in program governance, risk management, dependency management, planning, and organizational alignment.

Ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive communications, recommendations, and decisions.

Technical experience and familiarity with product and technology delivery practices preferred.

Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
