Base Pay Rate Range of $40/hour - $45/hour (DOE)
Signing Bonuses Starting at $3,000 (DOE)

Opportunity for a Tool and Die Maker 3 to support the execution of our technical vision and join a high performing team. This role is at the center of protecting that legacy by ensuring that future products continue to outperform, out inspire, and outlast all others in the field. Our tool and die teams support all critical business areas including new product development, R&D, automation, and sustaining manufacturing.
This is a hands-on role where you ll collaborate cross-functionally, build/fabricate a high mix of complex tooling, lead/coordinate projects in collaboration with our Engineering teams, and relentlessly explore improvements while developing other team members.

What You'll Be Doing as a Tool and Die Maker 3- High school education or equivalent, two years of trade school training and ten or more years of related experience. Ten or more years of specific tool and die making experience required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Expert level knowledge of Tool and Die Making practices, designs and construction.
- Technical expertise in one or more specialized areas such as gauge making, millwright, or other mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical specialties.
- Thorough understanding of shop mathematics, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, and metal properties.
- Ability to read and interpret highly technical electronic and written blueprints, models and specifications.
- Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools.
- High accuracy with demonstrated ability to operate standard shop machine tools to tight tolerances.
- Knowledge of layout, machining and tool assembly procedures; CNC programming.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Strong computer knowledge and thorough knowledge of CAM software.
