Job Summary

• Assist with factory allocation, sourcing strategy, and product costing initiatives
• Analyze data to identify cost efficiencies and support informed decision-making
• Apply retail math principles to evaluate pricing and margin opportunities
• Build and maintain Excel models using formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, and basic calculations
• Partner with cross functional teams to support product creation and manufacturing timelines
• Develop presentations and summary materials to communicate sourcing insights and recommendations
• Contribute to collaborative problem solving within a matrixed team environment

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sourcing role
• Knowledge of apparel and/or footwear manufacturing, product creation, and textiles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop solutions
• Solid understanding of retail math principles
• Ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate effectively, and build consensus
• Comfortable working independently and in team-based environments
• Experience working in a cross functional, matrixed organization preferred
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
• Experience creating professional presentations in PowerPoint preferred
• Prior experience supporting apparel or footwear through a supply chain perspective preferred

• Bachelor's degree required

• At least 3 years of professional experience in sourcing, preferably within apparel or footwear manufacturing
