Production Associate
Join our team in a calm and spacious shop where you will engage in full product builds of sensors using pre‑fabricated materials. Your role will involve following written work instructions to meticulously assemble individual components, ensuring high‑quality product outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesRead and follow iPad work instructions for assembly processes.
Perform mechanical assembly of product shells and box builds.
Engage in wire bonding and packaging tasks.
Carry out soldering tasks to ensure the integrity of electronic connections.
Experience in wiring, production, assembly, and soldering.
Proficiency with hand tools and electronic assembly.
Strong mechanical aptitude and sense of urgency.
Competency in English for reading, writing, and speaking work instructions.
Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
Experience in small parts assembly and mechanical assembly.
Skills & Qualifications
Soldering experience.
Experience with SMT machine operation.

WorkEnvironment
Work in a line‑based production setting within a very clean facility. Our team adheres to a structured schedule, with shifts from Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm to 1:30 am, and Friday, 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Expect a 50‑55 hour workweek, with mandatory overtime for all production employees. Ensure that this schedule is compatible with your long‑term plans.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $19.80 – $19.80 /hr.
