Night Shift
Schedule:
Monday Through Thursday 5:30 PM to 4 AM, with opportunity for overtime on Fridays and Saturdays
- Inspecting finished materials to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Packaging materials according to customer requirements and internal procedures
- Safely operating equipment such as forklifts (with attachments), wrapping/packaging machinery, label equipment, and banders as needed
- Reading and following work instructions and production documentation
- Moving materials within the facility, including weighing, scanning, stacking, and staging products
- Tracking and verifying materials, including quantities, sizes, and packaging
- Completing required documentation accurately and on time
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Supporting supervisors and team members to maintain production workflow
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environments preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
- Ability to obtain required equipment certifications (such as forklift operation) if needed
- Reliable, organized, and safety-focused
Physical Requirements
- Work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
- Required PPE may include hearing protection, safety shoes, and eye protection
- Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently handle and move materials and operate equipment
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed
- May need to climb stairs or access equipment during daily tasks
