We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operators to support fast-paced warehouse, yard, and manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely moving materials, loading/unloading trucks, staging product for production teams, and keeping facilities organized and efficient.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays alert in busy environments, and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork.
Key Duties- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, heavy-lift, or similar) to move products and materials
- Load and unload trucks, production lines, and storage areas
- Stack, organize, and band materials for storage or shipping
- Stage raw materials and finished goods for production teams
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report mechanical issues
- Maintain clean, organized work areas (sweeping, debris removal, proper material placement)
- Assist with inventory counts and update ERP/warehouse systems to ensure accurate locations
- Verify materials meet required specifications before staging
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and drivers
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and OSHA guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned; adapt to changing priorities
- 1+ year experience in warehouse, yard, manufacturing, or light-industrial environment
- Experience with sit-down forklift or heavy-lift equipment (6+ months preferred)
- Basic math skills and strong hand-eye coordination
- Ability to speak, read, and write English for workplace safety
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations (preferred)
- Forklift certification a plus
- Reliable work history with positive references (2 required)
- Able to work in varying conditions (outdoors, noise, moving equipment)
- Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
