* Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: DOE
We're hiring a Production Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with tools, building products, and takes pride in precision and quality.
** What You'll Do*
* + Assemble products following work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
+ Use hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches on a daily basis
+ Perform cable assembly and routing, ensuring clean, accurate builds
+ Perform
** soldering of components and wiring
** to required specifications
+ Work under a
** microscope for detailed assembly and inspection tasks*
* + Assist with mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies
+ Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced production environment
+ Keep work area clean and organized and follow all safety procedures
** What We're Looking For*
* + 1+ year of production or assembly experience
+ Experience using hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)
+
** Soldering experience is required*
* +
** Experience working under a microscope is required*
* + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
+
Experience with cabling or wire handling is required
+ Mechanical assembly experience is a plus
+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full Monday-Friday schedule
** Interview Process*
* Candidates will participate in a hands-on technical interview, which includes assembling a product to demonstrate tool use,
** soldering ability** , mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.
** Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
