Product Designer

Position: PRODUCT DESIGNER
Location:

Beaverton, Oregon Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $46 - 49 per hour

We are seeking a technically minded Product Designer (Specialized
3) for a 6-month special project dedicated to bag and accessory design. Working closely with our internal tech pack team, this role focuses heavily on technical execution rather than pure creative  this role, you will be responsible for translating initial concepts—including designs potentially generated by AI tools—into meticulous, production-ready tech packs. You will bridge the gap between creative concepting and manufacturing, ensuring that internal production and tech development teams have the exact specifications, materials, and structural details required to execute flawlessly.

Qualifications:

Top 3 Must Haves:5+ Years of Experience in technical Bag design.

Proven experience building technical elements of bag design and creating detailed tech packs.

A utilitarian-focused portfolio showcasing technical drawings and functional bag design examples.

Soft Skills:

Technical mindedness, cross-team collaboration with factories and internal dev groups.

Required Technology & Tools:
Technical drawing software, tech pack development tools.

Nice to haves:

Experience taking AI-built designs and turning them into real-world, factory-ready products.

Existing experience connecting with external factories and internal tech development teams.

Previous Nike, Converse, or Jordan industry experience. Opportunity
