Job Description:
The Staff Production Planner is responsible for coordinating and scheduling semiconductor manufacturing activities to meet production goals, customer demand, and inventory targets. This position will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure efficient use of fab capacity and timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily review and release of WO's ensuring material availability and alignment with SO due dates.
* Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for assigned process areas or product lines.
* Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) levels and adjust schedules to optimize throughput and cycle time.
* Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and capacity constraints.
* Analyze production data and trends to identify risks and recommend adjustments to meet delivery targets.
* Communicate schedule changes and priorities to operations and support teams.
* Maintain accurate records in manufacturing execution systems (MES) and planning tools.
* Support planning activities related to new product introductions, tool installs, and process changes.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling efficiency and fab performance.
* Ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements and internal service level agreements.
Preffered
Skills:
* Experience with semiconductor fab operations and process flows.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing, capacity planning, and inventory control principles.
* Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and scheduling tools.
* Intermediate to advanced skills using Excel for data analysis.
* Strong communication skills, timely and proactive communication with all stakeholders.

Pay Range:
$88,900.00 - $
Pay Range Explained:
This role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $88,900.00 and $ per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
