* Job Description:

** The
** Production Test Technician II
** performs advanced electrical and RF testing in support of probe test products. This role is responsible for high-frequency response testing, RF profiling, and tester operation for core and custom PCB products. The technician serves as a subject matter expert in testing processes, supports production priorities, drives yield and output improvements, and trains other technicians on test methodologies and best practices.##

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Perform high-frequency response testing for probe test products, including testing cores and custom PCB board designs and configurations.
* Conduct RF response profiling for core and PCB products, including inductance measurement, frequency response analysis, reflectance, and length matching.
* Integrate and validate electronic components as part of the testing process.
* Perform all technical duties of Production Test Technician I and II as required to support production needs.
* Attain expert-level proficiency with test systems and serve as a trainer and mentor for other technicians on testing processes and methodologies.
* Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase throughput, improve yield, and enhance overall test efficiency.
* Manage prioritization and execution of testing activities to maximize output based on product runs, test processes, and customer or internal due dates.
* Monitor quality metrics within test areas and proactively address assembly quality issues, trends, and recurring defects.
* Read and interpret assembly documentation, including Bills of Material (BOMs), schematics, and detailed assembly instructions.
* Perform basic mathematical calculations, including tolerance stack-up summations, to support testing and analysis.
* Collect, organize, analyze, and evaluate Statistical Process Control (SPC) data to support quality and process stability.
* Set up, calibrate, and operate specialized test and measurement equipment according to documented procedures.
* Safely handle chemicals such as solvents and adhesives in compliance with all safety rules, procedures, and environmental requirements.## ##
** Work Environment:
*** Ability to work continuously in a cleanroom environment with chemicals while wearing protective clothing (smock, hairnet, gloves, etc.).
* Ability to work at a microscope for extended periods, up to
** 80% of a shift**, depending on the assigned workstation.
