Production Associate
Join our team in building full product assemblies of sensors using pre-fabricated materials. This role is perfect for individuals with prior electronics experience or small parts assembly skills. You will follow written work instructions to construct individual components in a calm, quiet, and spacious shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work instructions on an iPad.
- Perform mechanical assembly of product shells.
- Complete box builds and wire bonding.
- Package finished products.
- Execute soldering tasks.
Essential Skills
- Previous production experience.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Competency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Soldering experience.
- Experience with SMT machine operation.
- Experience in production environments, not necessarily assembly.

Work Environment
Work in a line-based production environment within a very clean facility. The shop operates Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, with mandatory overtime before shifts at 5am and on Saturdays based on business demand. The shop is calm, quiet, and spacious, ensuring a comfortable work setting.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
