Nights 1, Sunday‑Tuesday, every other Wednesday 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Reports directly to the Manufacturing Operations Manager and aligns night‑shift performance with site‑wide goals.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate a team of operators and leads in a high volume, semiconductor manufacturing environment, to meet daily, weekly and quarterly production goals.
- Establish a safe and healthy work environment by maintaining and enforcing organization standards, adhering to legal requirements and regulations.
- Ensure high quality output by managing team attendance, optimizing workload allocation, enforcing procedure and specifications, as well as issue identification and resolution.
- Consistently demonstrate proactive communication with co‑supervisors, direct reports, support groups and management to establish clear direction and alignment on priorities and metrics.
- Work with direct reports to develop and improve individual and team performance through coaching, appraising job results, counseling and course‑correcting employees.
- Participate in and model continuous improvement activities, using Lean Manufacturing principles that are aligned with the actions of the other shifts.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending required training, educational workshops and reviewing professional publications (both on and off shift).
- Responsible for corrective actions to address problems associated with processing or operating machines or equipment and conduct formal employee performance evaluations.
- May participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities and manage appropriate responses to workplace safety incidents.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership of teams ranging from 15–30 employees
- Semiconductor or wafer fab experience preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Ability to balance people leadership with operational execution
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

BenefitsThe expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $87,185 to $119,908.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
