About the Role
Analog Devices is a global semiconductor leader focused on bridging the physical and digital worlds. We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operator to support the production of advanced semiconductor wafers in our cleanroom facility located in Beaverton, OR. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate production equipment following production priorities.
- Transport and deliver wafer lots throughout the 100,000‑square‑foot cleanroom.
- Perform data entry and visual quality control checks.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve quality and productivity challenges.
- Follow all specified procedures including Safety, Cleanroom, Chemical, and Wafer Handling procedures.
The facility operates 24hour/day, 7days/week. Shifts include:
- D1:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:00AM–6:00PM. - D2:
Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 6:00AM–6:00PM.
Compensation ranges from $22.50 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience and shift type, with additional overtime pay after 10 hours worked each shift.
Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to follow written procedures and verbal directions accurately.
- Physical ability to walk/stand frequently during a 12‑hour shift, lift items up to 25lb, and move wafer boxes.
- Ability to see and respond to colored and flashing safety alarms.
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and mouse for data entry.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment wearing full‑body jumpsuits, safety glasses, gloves, masks, and hairnets.
- Must be a US citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise eligible as defined by export licensing regulations.
