Assembler - Day Shift

Overview

Assembler – Day Shift — Monday – Thursday, 4:45 AM to 3:15 PM. Base rate of $18.00 per hour.

We design, build and test optics products for hunters, shooters, law enforcement and military professionals. We are committed to quality manufacturing and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering reliable products.

• Perform various assembly processes to produce Leupold & Stevens products
• Manipulate and install small parts to create sub-assemblies and finished products
• Clean and visually inspect products for quality
• Use a wide range of simple hand and power tools
• Work from diagrams and work instructions

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• Ability to manipulate small parts
• Ability to visually inspect for quality
• Detail oriented
• Passion for quality
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Desire to learn new things and share ideas

Work takes place in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and chemicals. Ability to use PPE. Ability to stand or sit for long periods; good manual dexterity, fine motor skills, visual acuity, and full range of motion. Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds with assistance.
