Contract / On-site Compensation Range: $50 - 53 per hour

Are you ready to spearhead the technical execution of icon-level streetwear for a global retail media leader? We are seeking a consultative partner to bridge the gap between initial design concepts and factory commercialization, transforming creative visions into production-ready apparel. This high-visibility, 6-month engagement offers a strategic opportunity to shape the fit, construction, and structural standards of premium women's lifestyle collections.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional design partners to translate complex aesthetic concepts into technically precise factory patterns.

Spearhead comprehensive fit sessions and author detailed technical comments to optimize garment construction and sizing consistency.

Engineer comprehensive digital tech packs, including precise measurement specifications and graphic placements, to ensure seamless vendor execution.

Drive end-to-end omnichannel product commercialization by resolving complex manufacturing challenges prior to factory production.

Qualifications:

8+ years of dedicated expertise in technical pattern design specifically tailored for factory production and manufacturing.

Mastery of heavy and structured lifestyle materials, including hardwovens, denim, twill, and fixed waistbands.

Proven track record of leveraging advanced digital prototyping software, specifically PCX and CLO 3D.Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Technical Design, or an equivalent demonstration of mastery in lifestyle garment engineering.
