Location:
Beaverton, OR (PHK/WHQ) – Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)

Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Schedule: 40 Hours/Week

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pattern Engineer 3 to support the development of innovative basketball apparel for both men's and women's product lines. In this role, you will collaborate with Technical Designers, Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products from concept through commercialization.

This position is ideal for someone with strong technical apparel expertise, pattern engineering experience, and a passion for product creation.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate garment fit and construction from concept through commercialization and production.
  • Lead and participate in fit sessions while providing technical recommendations.
  • Create, update, and maintain Tech Packs and product specifications.
  • Develop and revise garment patterns to meet design and performance requirements.
  • Track prototypes and maintain development documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time product development.
  • Collaborate with factory partners to improve garment construction and manufacturability.
  • Interpret design intent and recommend technical solutions when needed.

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Textile Science, or a related field (preferred).

  • 5+ years of technical design, pattern engineering, or apparel development experience.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and fit.
  • Experience conducting fit sessions.
  • Experience creating Tech Packs and product specifications.
  • Proficiency in CLO 3D and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
