Technician
Join our team as a Technician where you will set up and operate production equipment while adhering to production priorities. Your role will involve transporting and delivering wafer lots throughout a 100,000 square foot cleanroom, performing data entry and visual quality control, and collaborating with the team to address quality and productivity challenges. You will be expected to follow all specified safety, cleanroom, chemical, and wafer handling procedures.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate production equipment according to production priorities.
- Transport and deliver wafer lots throughout the 100,000 square foot cleanroom.
- Perform data entry and visual quality control.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve quality and productivity challenges.
- Follow all specified procedures: safety, cleanroom, chemical, and wafer handling.

- Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently
- Ability to lift above head with two hands and manipulate wafer boxes
- Ability to push and pull carts with loads up to 25 pounds

Work EnvironmentWork in a semiconductor manufacturing facility with clean rooms throughout. Duties are performed while wearing cleanroom garments such as a full-body jumpsuit, safety glasses, nitrile gloves, face masks, hairnets, hoods, and cleanroom shoes. The cleanroom prohibits the use of personal cell phones, makeup, hairspray, hair gel, perfume, and cologne. The facility operates 24/7 with compressed work week schedules requiring excellent attendance and punctuality.
Shifts include working either Saturday or Sunday, with overtime paid after 10 hours worked per shift.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
