Lead Sanitation Associate

The Sanitation Lead performs the duties as a sanitation associate with the added responsibilities of leading other sanitation associates with sanitation duties.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and supervise sanitation associates in performing sanitation duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Pre-rinse, wash, and sanitize equipment according to company standards.
• Inspect equipment and ensure proper reinstallation after cleaning.
• Set up equipment for production runs.
• Collaborate with sanitation leadership and production to address cleaning deficiencies.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Follow AIB guidelines, HACCP, and GMP.
• Train new team members and ensure task completion.
• Perform various sanitation tasks as needed.

What we need from you:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of three years of sanitation experience.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
