Who We Are:

We are partnering with a well-established specialty electronics manufacturer in Beaverton that produces precision components using a variety of physical and chemical manufacturing processes. This is a hands-on production environment where you do not need to come in knowing everything—they are willing to train the right person.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to learn technical manufacturing skills while growing into more advanced equipment and process responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

Operate production equipment and assist with day-to-day manufacturing activities.

Load and position parts into machines that have been set up by a lead or engineering team member.

Inspect finished parts and identify quality defects.

Learn to use precision inspection equipment, including dial calipers and CMM equipment.

Read and work from engineering drawings and specifications.

Perform inspections, data collection, documentation, and reporting.

Troubleshoot processing issues and help implement solutions.

Participate in continuous improvement projects and controlled experiments designed to improve manufacturing processes.

Help manage workflows, schedules, inventory, orders, and production priorities.

Work closely with Production, Quality, Sales, and other departments.

As your skills grow, learn laser machining, machine setup, programming, maintenance, testing, and optimization.

What You Need to Have:

Strong willingness and ability to learn new things.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Good organization and multitasking skills.

Comfortable working with numbers and basic manufacturing math.

Ability or willingness to learn how to read engineering drawings.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot issues.

Strong communication skills and ability to work across different teams.

Comfortable collecting data and maintaining accurate documentation.

Experience with Excel, reporting, or data analysis is a plus.

Manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful, but not required.
