The Role

Overview:

Our client is seeking dependable Production Operators to join its growing manufacturing team. This position supports a dynamic production environment with evolving processes and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small, team-based, task-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and kit materials for production according to work orders and specifications.
  • Clean and prepare parts for manufacturing processes.
  • Operate production equipment, including media blasting equipment, punch presses, transfer molding presses, and sawing equipment.
  • Perform detailed assembly, inspection, and handling of small components requiring precision and close attention to detail.
  • Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures throughout the production process.
  • Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality and workmanship requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, quality, and efficiency.
About you

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Experience using tweezers and small hand tools under a microscope.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read and follow inspection, assembly, and rework instructions.
  • Basic math skills.

Preferred

Skills:

  • Previous electronics manufacturing experience.
  • Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment
