Parts Packager / Parts Tester

Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM-4:00 PM

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company that is looking to add a dependable Parts Packager / Parts Tester to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.

• Manually transfer small parts from bulk bins into individual cells of packaging trays
• Handle large quantities of small components accurately and efficiently
• Perform routine quality testing on ceramic plates using a dye-checking process to identify cracks or defects
• Wash and clean tested parts according to established procedures
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate any defects, issues, or concerns to the appropriate team member
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

• $20/hr. starting pay
• Four-day workweek Monday-Thursday schedule
• 40-hour workweek

We're really looking for someone who is going to show up, follow directions, work hard, and pay attention to the details. This is a straightforward position, but accuracy and consistency are extremely important when working with large quantities of small parts.
