What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler, you will be the backbone of maintenance operations - ensuring work is planned, scheduled, and executed efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize performance.
- Build and manage daily and long-term maintenance schedules
- Coordinate work orders, ensuring all labor, materials, and tools are accounted for
- Partner with engineering, operations, and technicians to prioritize and execute maintenance work
- Adjust schedules in real time based on urgent needs and shifting priorities
- Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Utilize systems like Maximo and SAP to track, plan, and execute work
- Lead planning and scheduling meetings across departments
- Analyze data and performance metrics to improve processes and reduce downtime
- Communicate upcoming maintenance and factory impacts to key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- $65K-$80K starting salary DOE

- Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Hands-on experience working within CMMS/EAM systems (Maximo strongly preferred)
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP MES a plus)
- Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and asset information
- Experience managing spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams
- Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Degree or certification in Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, or related field
- Trade background (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)
- Formal training in planning and scheduling methodologies
