Marketing Coordinator – Hillsboro, OR
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support a dynamic Global Brand Management team. This role plays a key part in driving communication across cross‑functional stakeholders, coordinating marketing assets, and ensuring seamless execution of category and brand programs.
- Support the development and execution of product and brand marketing initiatives.
- Drive communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, creative teams, studios, and merchandising partners.
- Coordinate and track marketing assets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful program execution.
- Help direct and elevate consumer‑facing assets to maintain consistency across category and brand campaigns.
- Support product storytelling, source copywriting, and marketing communications.
- Assist with gathering, organizing, and shipping product samples to creative and studio partners.
- Create tools, templates, and best practices to improve marketing efficiency and execution.
- Support awareness, adoption, and utilization of merchandising and marketing platforms.
- Build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Work closely with product, merchandising, and brand teams to support go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure timelines, budgets, and marketing requirements are met.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 24 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Experience creating presentations using Keynote.
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly responsive, organized, and proactive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with in the footwear, apparel, sporting goods, or consumer products industry.
- Experience developing or supporting marketing plans and campaigns.
- Product management or product marketing experience.
- Understanding of product creation and go‑to‑market processes.
- Experience supporting cross‑functional marketing and merchandising teams.
Contract anticipated to run approximately 12 months with occasional local travel; relocation candidates may be considered for exceptional qualifications. Immediate availability preferred.
