Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in social media (B2B or technical experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms, as well as basic video and graphic editing
- Ability to recognize strong vs. weak social content and explain why
- An ability to manage multiple inputs, stay organized and detailed in a fast-moving environment
- A bias toward action—you don’t want to be told, you follow through
- Genuine curiosity about social and desire to keep learning and improving
- Comfort working across teams
