We’re looking for an idea-first brand marketer who believes the strongest marketing starts with a compelling consumer insight and ends with unforgettable creative. You’re equal parts strategist and storyteller—someone who knows how to identify cultural and consumer tensions, craft inspiring briefs, and shepherd breakthrough ideas from concept through execution. You have exceptional creative judgment, sweat the details, and know the difference between work that’s good and work that moves people.
You thrive at the intersection of brand, sport, and culture. You’ve worked both in-house and at a creative agency (or have deep experience partnering with agencies) and understand how world-class creative gets made. You’re a trusted thought partner to creatives, comfortable giving feedback, protecting the integrity of an idea, and collaborating across disciplines to bring ambitious work to life.
You are low ego and highly collaborative. You know great work is a team sport and are motivated as much by helping others succeed as you are by personal accomplishment. You build trust quickly, bring people with you, and make every team you're on better.
You’re energized by complexity and move with speed. You can confidently balance multiple high-profile initiatives across overlapping timelines without sacrificing quality. You know how to navigate a global matrix organization, influence without authority, and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams. You bring clarity to ambiguity, stay calm under pressure, and consistently raise the bar for both the work and the team around you.
Most importantly, you’re passionate about athletes, running, and the role brands play in shaping culture. You’re endlessly curious about consumers, obsessed with great storytelling, and motivated by creating work that inspires people to move.
What You’ll Do:As a Global Brand Manager on Running, you’ll lead the development of integrated brand strategies and marketing campaigns that inspire athletes around the world. Working across product launches, seasonal storytelling, and cultural moments, you’ll help define how Running shows up across every consumer touchpoint.
