White Glove Athlete Service: serve as a primary point of contact for Jordan Sports Marketing representatives and external partners to fulfill basketball athlete and team product needs.;
Product, Styling & Inventory Management: provide white glove product curation and styling recommendations; manage inventory and ship promotional product to athletes and team assets.;
Operational Excellence & Systems Management: set up and maintain accounts in Nike systems (Aravo and Locker); track inventory and budgeting; organize product storage for seamless access and reporting.;
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
partner with cross-functional teams including Athlete Experience, Athlete Insights, Brand Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to support premium athlete service and events.;
Team & Culture: contribute to an athlete-first service culture and support the Jordan Sports Marketing team in delivering premium product experiences.
