Minimum required years of experience: 5 Years of experience in Marketing Operations
Education requirements:
Bachelors or equivalent
Has worked in a corporate or agency environment and understands org matrixes This is a very social, strong relationship building Experience with horizontal management from leadership to teams for delivery

- We are looking for a Global Marketing Operations Lead that is a strategic, optimistic, solution-oriented team player that has a bias for action. The Lead will seek to drive clarity, efficiency, and remove obstacles from teammates. You have strong communication skills, capable of making fact-based recommendations and holding teammates accountable to timelines, budgets, and deliverables. You are collaborative and adept at building the relationships that progress work forward and thrive on winning results.
- Passion for Sport, Athletes, & the Consumer is required.
- 6 years of directly relevant work experience in Marketing, Operations, or Project Management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
- Ability to track simultaneous seasons and projects through detailed workback schedules.
- Delivers operational expertise, with experience guiding teams through leadership reviews, gates, and x-functional checkpoints
- Holds teams accountable to timelines, budgets, and scope to achieve results
- Drives clarity around expectations and defines clear paths to success on complex projects
- Proactively communicates challenges, risks, and opportunities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present and connect with teams and stakeholders
- Tools and platform proficiency including Keynote & Airtable
- This role's success is critical in navigating the matrix, building collaborative relationships, and driving operational excellence. This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end process across multiple seasons and ensuring expectations and outcomes are clear.
This is a highly visible role that must communicate effectively across many partners of the organization. The ideal candidate needs to act as the quarterback of Operations and single source of truth that teammates can trust.
You will lead and drive operations x-FOP, driving the day-to-day process to deliver world class Marketing. You will help set the pace and enable the creation of the plan to make the magic of Jordan real for our consumers.
You will manage and guide the team through CODE and Marketing CODE dates & gates, driving expectations around milestones, ensuring readiness, and managing an efficient flow of communication. You'll also create tools & artifacts that drive strategic alignment and help teams stay together.
Your ability to operationalize and drive discipline from project plans, platform management, and schedules is a top priority to ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget, in scope to Jordan Brand Standards.
