Creative Director

StockX is seeking a Creative Director to lead the global creative direction for its brand, guiding concepts through design, production, and delivery across the full marketing funnel. Based in Beaverton, OR with a hybrid setup, this role translates a global creative vision into international markets while keeping brand standards consistent across every customer touchpoint.

• Shape the evolving StockX brand through creative direction, including visual identity, brand design, messaging and voice, photography, video, and end-to-end storytelling
• Lead development of creative concepts that can scale across multiple marketing touchpoints, staying compelling, brand-aligned, results-driven, and strategically effective
• Build and maintain processes that ensure consistent brand standards across all customer touchpoints
• Run cross-functional projects across teams to keep creative aligned with brand positioning and business objectives
• Present and defend creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity
• Manage creative resources to ensure projects hit business and project goals, meet quality standards, and deliver on time and within budget
• Translate global creative direction to international markets, enabling local flexibility, extensions, and relevance
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural movements to keep campaigns fresh
• Mentor and develop creative team members with high-level direction, hands-on feedback, and ongoing development, while fostering innovation and collaboration

• 7+ years of experience in advertising, branding, or creative direction, supported by a portfolio showing strategy and execution across channels, aesthetics, and budgets
• Passion for sneaker and/or streetwear culture; experience with fashion, lifestyle, or product-driven brands is a plus
• Senior creative experience across a consumer brand, creative agency, editorial publication, and/or retailer, with in-house experience preferred
• Strong network of creative collaborators and resources for key brand moments
• Exceptional creative concepting and development skills
• Extensive experience leading or informing art direction across photography and video
• Understanding of native digital content creation, including concepting for organic social, onsite merchandising, and performance marketing campaigns
• Fluency with contemporary social media platforms, technologies, and trends
• Expert knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to operate as a self-starter in ambiguous situations and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to use performance metrics, customer insights, and data to support and defend strategic recommendations
• Proven team-oriented leadership, including mentoring and developing creative talent
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with production tools
