Morning Star Senior Living - Up to $22.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Administer and document prescribed medications per physician orders observing the five rights;
Order medications from the pharmacy to ensure residents have medications available;
Document medications in residents' medical records immediately after administration;
Observe and report adverse reactions and changes in residents' condition;
Take and record vital signs prior to administration when required by orders
