Candidate requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Clinical Nurse Specialist or related field.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in an emergency or critical care setting.
• Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of emergency care protocols, patient safety standards, and evidence-based practices.
