SMT Programmer; Split

• Support production technicians and operators on program debugging bridging both shifts
• Process customer data and develop machine programs
• Manage program revision control
• Create shapes, footprints and CAD objects
• Maintain part libraries
• Generate production documentation
• Lead and support process improvement efforts with the team

• Highly proficient computer skills, ability to navigate and learn new software quickly and efficiently
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Customer service orientated (internal and external) with excellent written and oral communication skills
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience programming SMT equipment
• In-depth knowledge of SMT processes and equipment;
  Stencil Printing, Solder Paste Inspection, Pick and Place, Reflow, AOI, 2D/3D X-Ray
• Experience programming SMT equipment, in particular; MPM, Fuji, Koh Young, Mirtec, Dage, Vitrox
• Experience using both Valor NPI and Process Prep software suites
• Comfortable navigating and modifying Gerbers and other CAD formats
• Experience with Python and Databases
• Experience in an ISO
  9001 / AS9100 / ISO
  13485 certified quality management system
• Working knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC 7711/7721, IPC-A-600, and/or ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards
• Proficiency in business systems such as MES, PLM, ERP
