Duties

  • Set up and operate production equipment while following production priorities
  • Transport/deliver wafer lots throughout the 100,000 sq ft cleanroom
  • Perform data entry and visual quality control
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve quality and productivity challenges
  • Follow Safety, Cleanroom, Chemical & Wafer Handling procedures

All duties performed in a cleanroom environment requiring a full clean-room suit, hood, safety glasses, surgical gloves, and surgical mask. Makeup, hairspray, gel, perfume, or cologne are not allowed.

Schedule & Compensation

Workplace: ADI Beaverton/ABDN manufacturing facility, 24/7. Full‑time compressed work‑week (CWW) schedules requiring a Saturday or Sunday. Shift options:

  • D1 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • N1 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (Base + 12.9% AWD)
  • D2 – Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • N2 – Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (Base + 19.4% AWD)

Entry‑level compensation $22.50–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime is paid after 10 hours per shift. Pay rates may vary with location, experience, education, training, and other factors. Position eligible for discretionary performance‑based bonus.

Qualifications
  • Follow written procedures and verbal directions accurately
  • Walk or stand frequently during 12‑hour shifts, including frequent use of stairs
  • Lift above head with both hands and manipulate wafer boxes
  • Push or pull carts up to 25 pounds
  • Identify colors (red, green, blue, white) and flashing alarms; respond immediately to equipment alarms
  • Perform duties while wearing full cleanroom garments
  • Use computers, keyboards, and mouse
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
