Akkodis is seeking a Quality control/Data Entry Specialist for our Contract position with a client. It is a Beaverton, OR location.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control checks on printed documents and materials.
- Verify print quality, document counts, specifications, and job requirements.
- Perform accurate data entry and reconcile transaction/document counts.
- Review work orders and ensure materials meet established quality standards and SOPs.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive documents.
- Communicate issues and discrepancies to supervisors and relevant teams.
- Support a fast-paced production and mail processing environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Data Entry experience
. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working independently and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to balance/reconcile transactions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
