At Copper River, we are looking for highly motivated team players that can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. With the fast expansion of the company, there are many long-term growth opportunities.
Responsibilities- Preparing drinks:
Mixing ingredients like liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to make cocktails and other drinks. Bartenders may also prepare non-alcoholic beverages and garnishes like fruit. - Serving drinks:
Pouring and serving drinks to customers based on their requests. Bartenders may also make recommendations for food and drinks and offer daily specials. - Maintaining the bar:
Keeping the bar clean and organized, and attractively displaying glasses and liquor bottles - Customer service:
Greeting customers, taking orders, and assessing their needs and preferences. Bartenders should also verify customers' ages and IDs to ensure they meet legal drinking age requirements. - Cash handling:
Accepting payments from customers and balancing cash receipts to record sales. Bartenders may also process credit card transactions. - Compliance:
Following all local and national liquor laws, as well as food and beverage regulations.
