We are looking for a few great people to join our team. We are a project-based company that supports the headquarters of some of the top companies in the world in the Portland, OR, metropolitan area. You can bring your attention to detail creativeness and collaborate with our team and our clients to deliver the latest in visual merchandising, photo styling, organizing inventory lines, sales meeting setups, etc.

360 believes in teamwork and providing a positive and professional workplace for every team member. You will be paired with projects that match your skills and expertise. We provide training and job shadowing before being scheduled on a solo project. CLAD

Job Description
Collaborate with clients, CLAD
360 employees, and other vendors to execute visual merchandising and stylist services, and provide high-quality customer service throughout the scope of every project.
- Respond promptly regarding scheduling requests for projects
- Work with clients to provide visual merchandising excellence, and be willing to take specific direction from clients, or initiate creativity when requested
- Collaborate with other employees to complete the project
- Work with other vendors to complete the project
- Implement room installations using directives or directions from the client. Tasks may include: dressing mannequins, setting walls and tables, steaming product, showlace shoes, transporting product to a specified location, un-box and hanging product, strike product, and facilitating the return of product
- Assist with models
- Assist with photo and video shoots
- Visual merchandising or retail experience with familiarity with visual merchandising standards
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Highly organized and capable of setting priorities and working under pressure
- Ability to complete timesheets by the weekly deadline
- Interact effectively and able to take initiative in collaborating with clients, employees, and other vendors and CLAD
360 CEO and Managers to complete projects - Some knowledge of CLAD
360 clients’ products and standards - Experience working on various project types (including Sales meetings, Inventory Management, Intended Consumer Facing projects, Photo Shoots, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and sense of customer service
- Create a welcoming environment for new employees and other vendors
- Maintain a flexible or adaptable attitude towards change during set-ups
- Maintain a professional and calm demeanor at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude during work hours and refrain from speaking negatively about clients, other employees, or other vendors
