ABOUT THE JOB Training:
Orientation and training provided on the job. All driver positions are paid hourly at minimum wage. Northern Oregon is minimum hourly $15.95 and maximum $15.95. Credit card tips, cash tips and a partial mileage reimbursement are paid at the end of each shift. Hourly is paid via check or direct deposit bi monthly.

Domino’s Pizza is hiring qualified drivers to staff stores in the area. We offer a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth. You may work as a hobby, main-gig, or supplemental job.

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards. You must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.

Hours:

All scheduled hours are based on employee availability and store needs. All positions are part-time unless stated otherwise. There is a opportunity to move to full-time as long as the store has the hours to accommodate and employees complete training, are reliable for shifts, and communicate full-time needs with the manager.

Communication Skills

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Ability to communicate and interact respectfully and effectively with people across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Eye-hand coordination for rapid, precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees (cooler) to 90 degrees and above. Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Driving and couponing during delivery can involve varying conditions.

Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching and driving. Tasks include handling heavy product deliveries, navigating stairs, occasional ladder use, and performing tasks such as stock rotation and order assembly.
