Manage the development of seasonal merchandising plans to serve Nike's consumers;
Represent Lifestyle consumers by providing qualitative insights to the Product Creation teams, the Global Merchandising teams, and cross-functional partners;
Lead management of merchandising KPI's through robust analysis of retail insights and performance;
Collaborate with cross functional consumer group teams and Nike One Marketplace Merchandising to ensure merchandising strategies meet the Nike Brand strategy;
Drive productivity and profitability by shaping product adoption, pricing, flow, segmentation, and mix
