The Grocery/Snacks Stocker Team Member is responsible for ensuring that snacks and grocery items are well‑stocked, organized, and properly displayed. This role involves replenishing inventory, maintaining product freshness, and assisting customers with product inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Restock shelves and displays with grocery and snack items in an organized manner, ensuring products are properly labeled, rotated, and checked for expiration dates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal, ensuring the sales area is tidy and well‑organized.
• Assist customers with questions about snack and grocery products.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain store standards.
• May be requested to work in other locations from time to time.
• Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs as needed.

• Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, outgoing, and friendly, capable of building relationships with a diverse range of customers.
• Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.

• Quarterly Performance Bonus

Full‑Time and Part‑Time.

• Full‑Time – Maintain 4 weekday availability and 1 weekend availability.
• Part‑Time – Maintain 3 days availability per week.
