- Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues while managing a busy retail environment
- Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Execute and expedite point‑of‑sale/register transactions
- Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed
- Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers
- Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
- A positive and solutions‑oriented mindset
- Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Physical capability to lift 40 pounds as needed, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, including climbing up and down a ladder
- Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
