Salary Range: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour base plus commission and manager bonus.

• Responsible for full operation of the retail store, including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash handling, and inventory.
• Make staffing adjustments as needed to meet business needs.
• Spend majority of business hours on the sales floor greeting customers, coaching employees, and running the business customer‑oriented.
• Establish and exceed organizational performance and individual performance goals.
• Deliver high levels of customer service within company policies, including billing, service plan upgrades, equipment, and other service inquiries.
• Screen and hire outstanding talent, and recruit sales staff on an ongoing basis.
• Lead retail aspects such as hiring, training, marketing, and team leadership.
• Ensure visual merchandising is appealing and adheres to Cricket standards.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train the sales team.
• Ensure sales associates are up to speed on new products, offerings, and sales techniques.
• Participate in community, local marketing, and public relations events to develop a positive company image.

• 1–2 years of management experience in retail or a similarly customer‑focused environment.
• College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Competence in customer focus, change and innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, and inspirational leadership.
• Working knowledge of cellular/advanced wireless communication preferred.
• Working knowledge of PC Windows applications required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability to perform additional tasks, duties, or projects as assigned.
