Since 2016, Hyland Hills Ace has been the go-to neighborhood hardware store in Beaverton. You start your day by opening the store and making sure everything is clean, organized, and ready for customers. Throughout the day, you lead by example-greeting shoppers, answering questions, and helping them find the right tools and supplies for their projects. You keep inventory in check, restock shelves, track stock levels, and coordinate orders so popular items are always available. At closing, you secure the store, complete end-of-day checks, and set your team up for success tomorrow.

Here's what you need to become our Hardware Store Manager:

• Strong leadership skills

• Experience with merchandising
• Retail experience (preferred)
