Lead Budtender - Electric Lettuce Denney
Electric Lettuce, voted Best Dispensary 2026, is looking for a Lead Budtender to join our Denney team.
Bring your cannabis knowledge, customer service skills, and leadership experience to a team that's all about great products, great people, and a welcoming experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver a great customer experience and coach others to do the same
- Educate customers and help them find the right cannabis products
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
- Support merchandising, product displays, and sales
- Lead by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements
- Assist management as needed
What We're Looking For
- Retail and customer service experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail
- Must be 21+
- Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
