We're looking for a sales rep who wants to own the Portland market, not just work it.

• Build and manage a territory of apartment communities, property managers, and ownership groups across the greater Portland metro area
• Walk properties, identify flooring needs, and deliver same-day quotes using our iPad-based quoting system
• Challenge clients to think beyond the lowest bid, positioning MFI's speed, consistency, and service as the competitive advantage
• Control the full sales cycle from first visit to completed install, staying close to operations to ensure delivery matches the promise
• Show up consistently, follow up relentlessly, and become the go-to flooring partner in the Portland metro market

• Exclusive product lines and pricing leverage built specifically for multifamily volume
• Real back-end support, dedicated install crews, operations, and customer service so you stay focused on selling
• A proven regional structure with managers who coach, not just manage
• Base + ramp period, then commission-driven with no cap
• $200/month car allowance, iPad, and field tools on day one

• You're self-directed and know how to navigate a competitive market like Portland

No flooring background required. Multifamily, construction, or B2B sales experience is a plus. We'll teach you the product. You bring the work ethic and the drive to win.
